I’ve worked with a lot of design firms over the years, but this one really delivered. I came to them with a tricky hillside lot in Malibu and the goal of building a proper luxury mansion with big ocean views. They did a full site walk, pointing out where the light hits in the morning and how to position the pool for privacy. The layout they came up with has retractable glass walls, an infinity pool, and an outdoor kitchen that flows straight into the dining space — it feels like one big living area inside and out. The design phase was about four months. We met in their LA office a few times and did the rest over video calls while I was traveling. Anytime I asked for a change, they’d send back more than one option so I could pick what worked best. By the end, I knew this mansion house plan was going to be a highlight in my portfolio.

I was surprised how easy the process was. They handled all the drafting services, zoning questions, and even helped us get the ADU approved faster than expected!

Honestly, we had no clue where to start – just knew we wanted a big place, proper mansion vibes, but still warm and homey. First meeting with Anna, she just… listened. Asked stuff I’d never even thought about – like where we hang out most, how we use the yard, how much cooking we actually do. The first plan they showed us… wow. Huge open kitchen, living room with glass walls looking out at the hills, master bath that feels like a hotel suite. We did change a few things – I wanted a bigger pantry, more closet space (of course lol) – and they made it super easy. Every update came back fast, with little notes explaining the tweaks. About 1 and a half months from the first chat to the final plan. No stress, no drama… just smooth. We’re stoked.

I'll be honest - we were skeptical about hiring a smaller design firm for our Beverly Hills mansion renovation. We're used to big names, fancy offices, the whole show. Andrew was instrumental in taking care of of the drawings for my remodel. As a contractor, I was truly appreciative of the knowledge that he had when it came to drawing the details of the project. The homeowner expressed tremendous satisfaction in not only how fast the drawings were completed, but also the detail of each area of the house. Even though it was a small addition to the house, Andrew made it a big priority, and was able to listen to all the recommendations, and put them all down into actual plans. The drawings were also able to be submitted to the building department, and we only needed to get the Structural Engineer detail, so it made a huge difference that Andrew had such detail for the Structural Engineer to add on, and then be able to submit to the city for the permit process.
