What is included?
Drawings submission
We will take care of the whole submission process: from the beginning till the drawings will be approved. It includes doing the corrections, communicating with the plan checker, filling out the form, etc. Our main rule is: we permit - you relax 😉
Title page
The Title Page includes general project information, a sheet index, general notes/symbols, and a template for completing site-specific data for your lot.

Plot plan
The plot plan sheet includes a drawing of your lot with the located proposed structure on it. It also has lot calculations and general notes/symbols.
Plot layout (photos of the property)
The plot layout sheet contains the existing lot layout and photos of your property.
Floor plan
Floor plans are dimensioned plans showing the layout of the home. This drawing shows rooms, walls, doors, windows, furniture layout, and equipment layout. The floor plans are the keystone to our plans and one of the most critical drawings in the set.
Window/door schedule
The window/door schedule itemizes each window and door in the project with its size, operation, frame material, and finish.
Elevations
The Elevations show each side of the house. They are dimensioned showing the heights of the roof, ceilings, and other elements on the exterior of the home. These drawings show the door and window layout, exterior materials, and the different levels of the home.
Building sections
The building sections show what the building would look like if you were to cut through the home. It shows the relationship between the ground, the house, and the roof.
Roof plan
The Roof plan indicates the roofing material and slopes of roof surfaces, as well as chimneys, skylights, roof parapets, and other elements.
Schematics
The schematics page includes some standard details like Sewer Backflow Valves, gas sizing table, piping schematic, etc.
Electrical layout
This drawing shows the location of lighting fixtures, fans, switches, and outlets. It shows the intent of the lighting design and any home automation control system.
Green building notes
Green building notes are a set of recommendations that are used to provide a building or a construction project's performance from a sustainability and environmental perspective.
Mechanical specifications
Mechanical specifications are an extract of Title 24. It contains information about mechanical equipment for the proposed structure.

Title 24 Calculations are calculations done to meet California's energy code and to reduce wasteful and unnecessary energy consumption in newly constructed and existing buildings.
Structural notes
The Structural notes are a sheet that contains general construction notes.
The Foundation plan illustrates the elements that make up the foundation of the structure.
Typical details
The Typical details include floor, wall, and roof construction assembly specifications and details with material layers and typical thicknesses.
