Determining the scope of the project;

Setting the turnaround schedule.

Payment #1;

Making research on legal description;

Communicating with the city and asking if there are any special restrictions for the ADU project;

Making the title page, floor plan, plot plan, and 1elevation in accordance with the client’s requirements;

If the client approves the design - The client signs off. Once this phase is signed off by the client there саn be no change in the floor plan, the elevation, and the plot plan;

If the client wants to change anything in the project we will go to «Phase 3»
Phase 2
Phase 3

Zoom call #2 with the client;

Sharing my screen and making the corrections together with the client.

At the end of the zoom call, the Client signs off. Once this phase is signed off by the client there can be no change in the floor plan, the elevation, and the plotplan;
Phase 4

Payment #2;
-
Finishing the full set of drawings depends on the package selected by the client;

Submitting the full set of drawings to the city, waiting for comments.

Making corrections from the plan checker;

After the full set of drawings is approved by the city -Payment #3.
